How do you determine the condition of the item?
We determine the condition of each item by stating either 'new' or 'used' in the description. For 'used' items, this could mean they have been worn once or extensively. We opt not to provide a 0/10 rating as it may leave too much room for subjective interpretation.
Can I sell my items to you? How much would you pay me?
We specialize in buying second-hand designer clothing, streetwear, and sneakers directly from individuals. If you have any high-quality pre-owned items you're looking to sell, feel free to reach out. Our process makes it convenient for you to turn your items into cash.
Additionally, you can now schedule an appointment via Instagram to visit us with your items, or alternatively, you can send photos and prices beforehand through a DM. If interested, we will invite you to come to our store. In exchange for your items, we offer cash or bank transfer. Get in touch if you're interested in selling to us!

Do you have a physical store?
We are located in the heart of Amsterdam, at the Rozengracht 25. You can find us in the midst of the Jordaan, and whether you're local or visitor - can't miss it.
My item doesn't fit me. Can I return?
Unfortunately due to working with second hand items, verifying if the item is retuned in the exact same state as it was delivered is exceedingly difficult. Therefore our policy states that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, we do offer a voucher to spend in our store. Currently we're working on applying that in our webshop, for now please reach out to us bij sending us an e-mail or DM on instagram.
Do you trade?
As we state buy, sell, and trade - trading is one of the options we provide. However, it's not standard, and we can only discuss this option in-store if it's an interesting deal for both parties.
Do you guarantee the authenticity of your items?
Rest assured, all our items undergo thorough inspection by our in-house experts, and we do not offer any fake products.
Can we use items for styling and photoshoots?
We're open to discuss options and possibilities to rent out items for styling and shoots. Usually our policy is a 30% hire rate on the price of the item, paid 100% up front and after the hire period you will be refunded 70% by us. Don't hasitate contacting us for more information or pass by in the store.
